Description

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Bait Placement and Inspection: In applications for rat control, select bait points, such as active rat holes, along run or walkways, around the perimeter of the field, and under rubbish areas. Establish a line of bait points between the rats living and feeding areas. Bait points may be as close as 5 meters apart in areas of heavy infestation. Mice usually ranger over very limited areas and do not need to drink. They are more difficult to control than rats because their feeding patterns are more random. For control of mice, place baits in areas where activity is obvious, particularly where droppings are seen. Once Storm® Secure is applied, the bait points should be examined within 7 days, and any baits which have been eaten must be replaced. Baits which have not been eaten must be repositioned. Inspection of all bait points and rat holes should be repeated at 7-day intervals, placing fresh block on each occasion only when blocks have been eaten.
APPLICATION RATE: To control rats and mice, about 20 to 30 block baits (400 to 600g) per hectare are needed on each baiting round. Depending on the level of infestation, Storm Secure application may require 2 to 4 baiting rounds.
